What this website is
This website presents my online coaching services and offers a free scorecard questionnaire. Taking the scorecard is free and creates no obligation — for you or for me. Coaching itself is only ever provided under a separate agreement with its own terms and pricing, discussed and confirmed before anything starts.

The content on this site is general information about training and coaching. It is not medical advice and is no substitute for advice from a doctor or other qualified health professional. Consult a physician before starting or changing a training or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, an injury, or any doubt about whether intensive training is safe for you. Client results and testimonials shown on this site are genuine, but they are individual outcomes — not a promise. Your results depend on your starting point, consistency, health, and many other factors. No specific result is guaranteed.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, logo, and images — belongs to Artjom Gommeren or is used with permission of the people shown. You may not copy, redistribute, or use it commercially without written permission.
Third-party services
The scorecard is hosted by Typeform, and this site links to external services such as Instagram. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, which I don't control. See the privacy policy for how your data is handled.
Liability
This site is provided with care, but without any guarantee that it is always available, complete, or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, I accept no liability for damage arising from the use of this website or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law, including liability for intent or gross negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any dispute about this website will be brought before the competent court in the Netherlands.
